I was born in Seattle and enjoyed a family vacation home in Estes Park, Colorado while growing up. I spent many childhood summers in the Colorado mountains and grew to love the outdoors; with a special passion for the magnificent wildlife those of us who live here never grow tired of. I've been selling Real Estate since 1998, opening my own Brokerage in 2002 known as Rocky Mountain Property, Inc. Offering geographic competence to ensure well-informed Buyers and Sellers, the  goal is to develop long-term working relationships with clients.  I've been involved in local public policy as Board President (RET) of the Allenspark Water and Sanitation District and as the "Business Lead" for the Boulder County/Allenspark Townsite Planning Initiative (TPI). Specializing in Mountain properties located in unincorporated Boulder and Larimer Counties, with extensive land use knowledge and a specific interest in Colorado water regulation.
